bild 3.49 MP4 not supported

Hello, the Loewe friends.

I have a small problem for play MP4 video from my DLNA (raspberry).
This DLNA working well with VLC on my computer or phone.
When I would like to see a movie (from my CCTV circuit) the Bild says to me "Not supported format"
Someone know why ??

AFAIK, resolutions above 1920x1080 will work only when encoded in H.265 (HEVC).

You’re right!

I’ve downsizing the video to the full HD resolution and its working well.

On my raspberry I use a shell with ffmpeg comand for do it.
