Loewe bild 1.55 UHD not working

Hello everyone,

Excuse me for talking in English but my German is too bad and I don't find any other Loewe communities.

So I have a Loewe bild 1.55 (2017) which supposedly supports 4K (UHD). Only HDMI port 4 supports UHD. So now I linked my Playstation 5 with a HDMI 2.1 cable into this HDMI UHD port 4 but it doesn't recognize the UHD and just streams Full HD. In the PS5 settings, it mentions that the TV doesn't support HDR or 4K. What do I do wrong and how can I make that this HDMI port 4 can stream out 4K resolution (3840x2160) instead of Full HD (1920x1080)?

I had the same Problem. Use hdmi port 1 or 2 and check the Setting (hdmi) compatible Mode. It must be disable.
